Responsible for Maintaining and growing sales by promoting automation solutions to Minneapolis territory. Local travel.

Must have successful outside sales experience (minimum 3 years) in Factory Automation, Pneumatic, Servo, Motion Control, and/or Industrial controls.
Customer base will be a mix of OEM’s and factory floor automation end users.
Solution selling experience is essential
Ability to build long term relationships for repeat business
Excellent prospecting and closing skills
Ability to manage time well, prioritize and utilize common business computer programs (Excel, Outlook, etc)
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong communication skills- ability to interface with customers at all levels – President to Machine Operators
Professional, well groomed appearance

2-4 year college degree in Engineering or Fluid Power preferred Competitive salary and commission plan.
